We have a sticker on the camera with some suggestions of what to shoot. We recommend nominating a friend to capture the ceremony and make sure they hit record on the important moments. Then it’s over to everyone else to pass the camera around, record messages, and capture candid moments!

Yes! We provide spare batteries, a memory card, and a carrier bag. You get 3 hours worth of batteries and space on the card. The battery is also chargeable via USB-C.

We set up the camera with all the correct settings before getting it to you and make sure it’s fully functional. We recommend you shoot some test footage as soon as you receive the camera. If you run into difficulty on the day, we’ll do our best to resolve any issues over the phone.

We guarantee to have a 1st Draft within two weeks of receiving the camera back.

Absolutely! The edit can be a collaboration. Once we deliver a 1st Draft, you’ll be able to send feedback on the footage and music.

These camcorders are pretty robust devices. However, you are responsible for it once you receive it. If you fail to return the camera in the same working condition as it was sent, you are liable for an additional fee of €500 (on top of any fees already paid) to replace the camera.

Not at the moment. We’re an Irish company based in Dublin. At the moment we only offer our services to Irish-based weddings.

To lock in your booking we request a €200 deposit upfront. This is non-refundable, and holds your date in our calendar. 30 days before your date we’ll request the remaining €500 be paid. All payments are made via bank transfer.

Yes. The fee for the rental, editing, and postage is €700 total including VAT.
